Our screening process is designed to measure subject matter expertise, professionalism and communication skills. It usually takes 60 days on average to find the best fit for a role. The client is engaged in the entire process and will have its final say in the hiring of the new personnel. When a suitable candidate is secured, onboarding and customer building will commence.
