Brainbox worked in partnership with KPMG in setting up overseas client Tiger Building Systems. KPMG facilitated the accounting and payroll and Brainbox facilitated the Human Resource operations with regular meetings with KPMG to ensure that our support service to Tiger Building Systems was consistent, cohesive and conducive to the work environment.

Brainbox has formed a long-standing relationship with the FPC and is considered a key Associate within the business. Brainbox provides advice and support to Executive, Senior Managers and the wider workforce on all matters relating to people, processes and productivity. Brainbox also provides a mentoring and coaching role for a number of employees to stretch their capabilities, to build resilience and to re-focus employees on achieving consistent outcomes within its environment as a self-funded statutory authority.

Brainbox worked with the CEO to facilitate a Tier 2 structural review, followed by the provision of transactional support in developing Position Descriptions for Tier 2 Executive, and assisting the Shire with the recruitment, selection and appointment of suitable applicants. Further work conducted includes the support service in conducting a review of a key business unit within the Shire and further recruitment, selection and appointment of Senior Tier 3 Managers to the Shire.

 

Brainbox provides an outsourced advisory service to Intelife comprising of the full carriage and delegation of all HR / IR matters, inclusive of working with the current in-house HR team to develop their capacity and capabilities. Additionally, Brainbox is responsible for taking carriage of operational matters that relate or are intrinsically linked to human resources or people-related matters.

Brainbox works in partnership with Beilby as a trusted Associate and undertakes feeder-assignments in the areas of investigations, grievance management, mentoring and coaching and Executive development for and on behalf of Beilby. The model of delivery is a strong stakeholder relationship that is built on trust, integrity and shared values that leads to the provision of exceptional outcomes for customers from State Government, Not-for-Profit and Private Enterprise.

Brainbox provided an outsourced advisory service to Interchange that facilitated the building, re-modelling and re-designing the functional capabilities of the workforce. This was a significant change management body of work that was focused on the organisation’s culture, its people and its processes.

 

Brainbox provides an outsourced advisory service to the Anglican Diocese of Perth comprising of the full carriage and delegation of all HR / IR matters, inclusive of working with the current in-house HR team to develop their capacity and capabilities. Brainbox is called upon to support the Executive in the decision-making process of complex matters pertaining to its core business.

Brainbox was commissioned by WALGA to develop a performance appraisal system fo the CEO and to work with Council to conduct the CEO’s performance review. Brainbox’s contemporary approach led to the empowerment of the CEO to showcase outcomes achieved by the CEO and Executive Team in a proactive manner that demonstrate the CEO’s prudence, business acumen and achievement of KPIs.
