Brainbox worked in partnership with KPMG in setting up overseas client Tiger Building Systems. KPMG facilitated the accounting and payroll and Brainbox facilitated the Human Resource operations with regular meetings with KPMG to ensure that our support service to Tiger Building Systems was consistent, cohesive and conducive to the work environment.

Brainbox worked with the CEO to facilitate a Tier 2 structural review, followed by the provision of transactional support in developing Position Descriptions for Tier 2 Executive, and assisting the Shire with the recruitment, selection and appointment of suitable applicants. Further work conducted includes the support service in conducting a review of a key business unit within the Shire and further recruitment, selection and appointment of Senior Tier 3 Managers to the Shire.
