Brainsource was formed for a singular purpose – to allow small to medium businesses leverage the same economies of scale available to the big end of town.
Our ethos is simple. We do not have a graduate intake or an intern program. Rather, each of our team member are carefully selected for their values that they hold and the experience that they bring to bear for our clients. Every team member has significant experience in their specialist domain, and the suite of skills encompasses a broad range of professions.
As a Brainsource client you will form a close bond with a Service Delivery Manager, but know that this relationship is just a gateway into a vast pool of specialist expertise available to your business.

Our Outsourcing Model
We use three business pillars to implement an effective and scaleable approach for small and medium business.
Whether it is supporting a project, becoming part of a process, or hosting an entire operation; Brainsource’s large and modern facilities can accommodate your need.
If you need to scale temporarily to support a non-core business project, then our specialist staff can handle the overflow or requirement for new (but not continuing) skills.
Our capacity allows us to absorb these requirements on a temporary basis, allowing you to manage via service level or output and focus on your core business.
Business process outsourcing (BPO) allows a Brainsource service delivery manager to work directly with your business and take accountability for the delivery of an entire business process.
This could be accounts payable/receivable, marketing, web development or any one of a dozen other functions.
We can act as the host for your own staff situated within our facilities. We help you find, hire and induct the team members and then you take them into your own payroll system.
This requires a little more effort on your part, but may offer closer cultural integration over time. We simply charge a monthly facilities fee for this support.
